It’s 1965, the Vietnam War is raging, and Southern California artist and surfer Garret Spencer has been drafted. Saved from the jungles of southeast Asia after basic training, Garret has been assigned as a driver at the Pentagon. Despite having to wear a uniform eight hours a day, Spencer is more interested in making love (and art) instead of war.
